We really liked the location close to Valbonne village, air-con throughout, well equipped house, all bedrooms were fine, pool good for swimming.

What we like: Peace and calm. Well equipped. Nice furnishings. Comfortable bedding. We've been coming back for years... this is our 5th time! Lovely to be able to walk into the village in 10 mins.

We have really enjoyed a lovely week in Villa Peyniblou. I would like to thank you and your colleagues for ensuring everything went smoothly. We liked the colour scheme of the villa. Extensive array of kitchen equipment. Pool is very clean. Air-conditioning very efficient. Good hangout terrace.

We have been so happy to come back to your home which has been 'ours' for a few weeks. We enjoyed every day, although the weather wasn't great we did enjoy sitting outside on the new covered terrace which was a pleasure. Thank you! The house was perfect as ever. Some things never change... The train trip to Menton was a delight, a great day out. Weather was fantastic, blue skies every day. Spending evenings around the new fire was a treat. As always many thanks for a great stay.

What a lovely villa, great facilities, great quality equipment, furnishing etc. Everything catered for, even Sky Sports! And so conveniently being 10 minutes walking from the beautiful town of Valbonne. No need to venture far. And a friendly welcome from Cote d'Azur Villas.

We have had a lovely extended family vacation here. The villa is well located with the charming village of Valbonne so close by. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. It has been delightful staying here and there has been no real need to spend much time away from the pool and terrace. The staff from Cote d'Azur Villas were warm and welcoming and helpful. A home away from home! We'd love to come back!
