You enter directly into the living room with an amazing librairy, the kitchen is adjoining, it offers a built-in oven, a fridge, a microwave.

Then, we climb the concrete stairs, we find on the 1st floor a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.

The first double bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, wc and vanity.

On the second floor, there is an office, a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.

The  first bedroom is for boys, there is bunked beds, a shower and a toilet.

The second one is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower and a vanity.

And finally, in the basement, there is a laundry corner with 2 washing machine and 2 dryers.

The air conditioning is throughout the house, it is integrated into the wall, the electrical panel is located behind the front door.
