The villa offers views over the country side and the village from almost every angle of the house.
There is a cosy living area with dining room that leads onto the well equipped kitchen. A back kitchen with American fridge is available as well.
The Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor and offers gorgeous green views over the valley.
The ground floor offers 3 more double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. A complete apartment with TV den is available on the garden level of the villa. This area of the house is complete with a living and open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. Door lead onto the garden.
There is a large pool that can be heated and fenced for safety reasons (both are on request) and there are several flat lawned areas in the garden where children can play.
Valbonne can be reached by foot with a staircase leading into the village which is located just down the street from the property.
There parking for 3 cars at the villa.

Rental & Booking Information
Villa Bellerose is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and with flexible dates at other periods.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity and weekly change of linen.
Pool heating is upon request and at extra fee of 210 Euros.
