From the kitchen you walk onto the large covered outdoor dining and lounge area overlooking the pool and garden. It's the perfect setting out of the sun to have wonderful lunches and dinners while contemplating the beautiful views! 

From the kitchen you walk into the living with comfortable seating and onto a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

There is high speed internet available (Starlink), multiple smart TVs and the house is secured with an alarm. 

The villa is located in a quiet residential area and only minutes to the village of Roquefort les Pins where one has access to all amenities. The coast is a quick 15/20min drive away and Nice Airport 25/30 minutes. So a great hub to explore the region!
