On the south-facing side of the villa, another alfresco dining spot, gracefully sheltered by fragrant wisteria, basks in the sunshine and is ideal for breakfast or lunch.

Evenings especially come alive at the villa's substantial outdoor bar. Designed for social gatherings, it has a comforting fireplace for when the nights get chilly, a billiard table for those who are into games and a Bluetooth sound system to create a party atmosphere. The fully equipped bar, with sofas and bar stools, provides the perfect setting for socialising under the stars.

The main terrace offers captivating views over the pool and surrounding landscape, with two dedicated sofa areas - ideal for daytime lounging or enjoying sundowners as the sun sets over the Riviera.
At the heart of the house lies an impressive 120m² grand living room, a commanding space with breathtaking views over the pool and the sweeping forests and mountains beyond. Four sets of arched double doors flood the room with natural light, creating a seamless connection between the interior, the surrounding terraces and the summer bar.
The living room is thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and elegance: a generous sofa area centres around a striking fireplace and a 189cm QLED 4K TV with all major entertainment platforms. On the opposite side of the room, a magnificent 12-seater dining table defines a more formal space for entertaining. As evening falls, a range of lighting options - from discreet ceiling spots to an imposing chandelier - allow you to set exactly the right mood.
Kitchen & Breakfast Area
Villa Aigle's kitchen combines modern convenience with a warm, traditional Provençal aesthetic. Fully equipped for effortless cooking, it features an American fridge-freezer, microwave, two ovens, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a bright and welcoming breakfast area includes an 8-seater dining table and a 140cm flat-screen TV, making it perfect for casual dining or relaxed mornings. Three sets of double doors bathe the space in sunshine and open onto a charming wisteria-covered terrace overlooking the front gardens.
Villa Aigle is located witihin a gated community and a trusted on-site caretaker, who has lived and worked on the estate for over 25 years, resides discreetly within the grounds, providing round-the-clock security and assistance to ensure a seamless and worry-free stay.

Rental & Booking Information
Villa Aigle is available for holiday rental from mid-July to September and throughout the year upon request.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, utilities and end of stay cleaning.
Pool Heating available upon request for a fee of €210 per week (available between April and October).
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children. It can host an additional 4 guests in the TV room and the twin room upon request; supplementary charges apply, please enquire.
