All four bedrooms are air conditioned along with the living room and kitchen. The living room, dining room and 2 of the bedrooms have French windows leading to the garden and the fully equipped kitchen has direct access onto an outdoor dining terrace. The first floor consists of a playroom and study area and the 4th bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor there is also an additional bedroom which can be used upon request (suitable for guests, staff or teenagers) and shares the bathroom with bedroom 4.
The outdoor spaces feature a heated swimming pool (available upon request and at an additional cost), inviting lounge areas with an electric pergola for shade, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, and comfortable 8 x sun loungers.
