The 19th century mansion is set within over 17 acres of completely private grounds - sweeping lawns, 14 metre pool which can be heated, tennis court and even its own small vineyard. From the house, there are stunning views across the hills, vineyards and surrounding countryside. It is just 1.5km to the picturesque Provencal town of Lorgues and 12 km through the hills behind Saint Tropez. The property can be easily reached from Nice (52kms), Marseilles (88kms) or Toulon airports (54kms). The property is only 40 min away from the beach. 

The Domaine St Christophe has ancient origins. Its spring waters date from Roman times and rise from deep below ground and run steady and clear to this day. A farm house, a chateau, a maison de maitre, it evolved over the centuries into the property it is today. Renovated extensively in the 1990s and again in 2014, the house has all mod cons including Sky television,  WiFi and air conditioning (in all but one of the bedrooms).

Set apart from the house is a beautiful swimming pool, 14m x 6m with shallow and deep end and a waterfall, which can be heated and is closed with an electric security cover. There's a pool house which has been recently renovated with full outdoor kitchen and barbecue as well as a separate shower and bathroom. The extensive pool terrace measure 40 m with sun loungers and parasols. Within the grounds is an all weather tennis court laid in 2014 as well as table football and table tennis. In addition there is a stable block with paddock, orchard, olive grove and small vineyard. The property is accessed via remote electronic gates.
