guests a beautiful seaview and opens up onto a terrace with
Jacuzzi.
On the first floor a further 4 more bedrooms can be found, each with their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a fully equipped apartment with kitchen, office area and living room and opens up onto a large balcony that overlooks the stunning view.
On the lower ground of the villa guests will find a relaxing area with a steam room, a smart bike, yoga mats and a yoga ball, weights, a games area and a high tech cinema room.
The exceptional outdoor living areas offer a true and luxury South of France holiday experience. There is a large infinity pool completed with a beautiful fire pit, a large covered outdoor dining area with fully equipped kitchen (gaz BBQ / Pizza oven / Plancha / Green Egg BBQ). A Sonos installation is available for the exterior living spaces. Outdoor shower also available.
There is onsite secured parking for 4+ cars.

Rental & Booking Information
Villa Kacia is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and with flexible dates at other periods.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity and housekeeper mid-stay for 3 hours, and weekly change of linen.
Pool Heating €200 per week, available upon request.
