Originally built in 1697, this 17th century stone mas was beautifully restored with with four ensuite air conditioned bedrooms, ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque village of Spéracèdes.

 

Nestled in the hilltop village of Spéracèdes, just west of Grasse, this retreat offers historic charm, bathed in natural light and oriented to the south.  Inside, the interiors combine old-world character with contemporary living. Exposed beams, thick stone walls and gentle tones.

Set over two floors and offering 160 m² of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

  • One bedroom is dedicated to children, which has a double bed (140cm) with single bunkbed.
