The property is located in a prestigeous residential area and can be accessed via electric gates with secure off street parking for two cars. Steps lead up to the main entry which opens onto the open living / dining areas with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV with international channels. An elegant table for six is available for dining, leading through to modern kitchen equipped with high end appliances throughout. Dining and kitchen area opens onto a shady dining terrace with bbq and outside summer kitchen, ideal for a lunch or al fresco dining. From the living area large sliding window doors open onto the grand terrace and allow natural light to flood the designer interiours. The terrace overlooks the pool while also enjoying panoramic views over Golfe Juan out to the Mediterranean.

All bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two bedrooms share a shower room and the third bedroom has it's own full bathroom.

The villa is equipped with AC , there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a secure garage.
