The villa is located in a residential area in Frejus, with shops and a holiday campsite a stone's throw away; it's  only 5mn drive to the local beaches and to town. Frejus is a great place for families as it offers fabulous eateries along the waterfront, leaping into Saint Raphael with its Casino, harbour, beaches; as well as amusement parks, water park, great beaches in Frejus and Saint Aygulf with plenty of water sports available for the more athletic guests.

Only 5mn walk from the house, you will find local shops, bakery, restaurant, as well as the town tennis courts less than 10mn away.

The villa opens onto a large hallway and the cosy living/dining room with a mixture of vintage and modern furniture.

The kitchen leads from the dining room with induction hotplates, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It opens onto the back terrace with alfresco dining and a large BBQ for grills aficionados.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house: the master on the ground floor with ensuite shower room, private terrace with deck chairs and a closet area. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor: 1 with twin beds, 1 with a queensize bed, both sharing a shower room, and a bedroom with a trunk bed to make up a double bed or 1 single. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

The exteriors are perfect for a family holiday: fenced pool, lounge for evening drinks, dining by the pool, as well as several sun lounges with umbrellas to enjoy every part of the South of France day, small lounge area on the front terrace for a morning cup of coffee, a second dining table by the house with BBQ for fun summer evenings.
