Very private and with stunning views, this single-story Mediterranean villa was completely renovated in 2019 to take full advantage of its beautiful situation. Elegantly furnished with tile floors throughout, exposed wood beam ceilings and a large and inviting living room which opens onto private terraces which are perfect for romantic dining while enjoying the spectacular Mediterranean, garden and mountain views. A wooden fireplace, piano and two comfortable leather sofas form a relaxing conversation area near the arched windows overlooking the sea. At the other end of the living room is a spacious contemporary dining area, also with glorious sea views, which has a dining table seating ten. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The villa has four bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, to accommodate 8 guests. The master bedroom and the brand new guest room facing the pool have a king size bed, there is another king size bed in one guest room and a queen size in the other. Additional child bed and baby bed can be provided upon request.

Outdoors there's a magnificent infinity pool overlooking the sea surrounded by furnished south-facing terraces and a fragrant Mediterranean garden all with panoramic sea and mountain views. Patio furnishing includes lounge chairs, dining table for 10, gas barbecue, lounge chairs for relaxing and alfresco dining. The garage is attached to the house and has an automatic door. Three more cars may be parked outside on a private street. There is also a security camera and microphone at the gate.
