The large double living room is the heart of this beautiful house with, on the left handside, the dining room with sea and pool view, the office fit for a king or a businessman, and the large kitchen fitted with the latest Gaggenau appliances, marble countertops and sink as well as three large fridge freezers. On the right handside of the living room, you have a small guest office and four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms ( shower enclosure, bathtub with TV, bidet and WC). All bedrooms have kingsize beds or large twins, dressing rooms, either garden or seaview with direct acces to the garden, AC and TV screen with international satellite channels. Following the bedrooms, there is a large nightclub/games room perfect for parties or family celebrations.
