Also on this floor is the tastefully decorated living room with comfortable seating and TV.

The accommodation is distributed over two levels with the en suite master bedroom with 180cm double bed in the right wing of the villa. A flight of stairs lead to the second en suite bedroom in the same wing with two single beds, which can me made up as another double bedroom. To the left side of the living area is a laundry room, 2nd entry from the garden and stairs lead up to two more bedrooms sharing one bathroom. These bedrooms can also be made up as king sized double beds or two singles. This is an ideal property for two families with two bedrooms and own entries on each side of the living/kitchen area.

Outside guests can enjoy the lovely garden with shady fruit trees and beautiful ancient fountain. The 5x2m pool is equipped with counter current stream for the active swimmer, roller deck with sun beds and outside shower. An outside kitchen/dining area fully equipped with gas bbq, gas tabletop, fridge and bar, invites to a refreshing cocktail and al fresco dining.

Mas de la Salis is south facing for sun exposure throughout the day, and perfectly located in a quiet residential area close to Antibes vieux village, only a few minutes' walking distance to the beaches and close to the famous Cap d'Antibes coastal region.

The villa is equipped with AC, Wifi, French and international TV as well as Samsung Smart TV. There is a private car park for a regular sized car.
