A beautiful villa with six stylish bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The contemporary design provides many areas to relax or dine indoor and outdoor, while enjoying the views of the sea beyond the beautiful heated swimming pool. The terrace houses a dining area as well as a comfortable summer lounge overlooking the pool and fabulous view.
The entrance hall has guest toilets and opens on to a large
living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV den, the
dining room and kitchen fully equipped with wine cellar, ice
machine, large fridge and freezer, and a large centre island to
enjoy breakfast.
There are two master bedrooms with King size beds on each side of
the living room, looking out on the garden and the sea. Both have
en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, double vanity and
wc.
A twin room with an ensuite shower room enjoys garden views from
both sides of the house.
Three additional independent bedrooms with TV screen, en suite
shower room, washbasin, and wc are located at the back of the
villa: one with a kingsize bed, and 2 with queensize beds. All have
ensuite shower rooms.
There is AC throughout the house, WIFI , TV in all bedrooms and
several safes.
Housekeeping is included 4h per day, 6 days a week.

Villa Bayview is available for rentals all year round with 2 weeks minimum in the summer and flexible dates the rest of the year.
Rates include 4h housekeeping per day, 5 days a week, pool heating linen and towels plus end of stay cleaning
