Maison Quatre Vent is located in a traditional peaceful square close to the Citadelle, a few minutes walk to the beach of Les Graniers and the Port. This sophisticated and fully renovated townhouse is laid out over 4 floors, each space decorated with taste and finished to a high standard creating a luxurious and intimate feel. 

On the ground floor there is an elegant and spacious entrance area leading to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. On the first floor a lounge area with TV, a guest WC and a further 2 double bedrooms can be found. Both bedrooms are ensuite and one of them is slightly smaller in size than the other bedrooms making it more suitable for children or teenagers.

Moving to the second floor guests will find a second and larger lounge complete with Smart TV, open fireplace and another guest WC. This room leads onto the Master bedroom with extra large double bed and ensuite bathroom. 

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, Smart TVs, large closet space, safe, Nespresso coffee machines and all beds are made up with luxury bedlinen. 

The final and top floor is home to a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. This area leads onto the stunning roof top terrace of 35m2 with lounge furniture and dining area offering 180 views of the Bay of Saint Tropez towards Les Canoubiers.

The property is ideally positioned in the centre of Saint Tropez yet slightly away from the busy centre offering a calm and relaxing environment. At the same time clients have easy access to all the great restaurants, shops and the exciting night life Saint Tropez has to offer.
