The house is located in a small private domain in La Croix Valmer and sits in a 1800m² green garden. 

The first floor houses the living/dining room with a large balcony and seaview.  The large kitchen is fully equipped with induction hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and a breafast table seating 4 people. it opens onto the wrap around balcony.

There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with queensize beds, cupboard space and one with seaview. They share a bathroom with shower enclosure, WC and vanity.

On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms sharing a shower room with vanity and WC: one queensize bed communicating with a twin bedroom under the slanted roof.

The lower level has a large suite with a queensize bed, 2 single beds, storage and cupboard space as well as an ensuite bathroom with italian shower. The room opens directly onto the shaded terrace with comfortable seating

There is also a laundry room, and a second fully equipped kitchen with a small lounge with TV opening onto an alfresco dining area under a shaded pergola.

The guest house offers additional accommodation for 2 guests in a double bedroom, shower room, small kitchen with breakfast amenities.

The pool offers terraces with sunbeds and  a cabana to enjoy a nap
