On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining that leads onto the kitchen and also directly onto the outside terrace / garden area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with back kitchen. 

There are 2 spacious double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with their own ensuite shower rooms. 

On the first floor guests will find the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. 

There is a very well maintained garden with saline pool (can be heated) that overlooks the surrounding countryside towards Valbonne village. The pool is complemented with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. 

The villa is located in a secured privated domaine just minutes walking from Valbonne village. There is ample parking space available at the villa. A portable Sonos device is available too.
