Rental & Booking Information

The villa is available for holiday rental throughout the year with Saturday changeover between June and August and flexible changeover days at other times of the year. 

The rate includes basic daily housekeeping, outdoor maintenance and end of stay cleaning. Local amenities are just a short drive away including a pharmacy, boulangerie, and supermarket. Additional services can be requested such as additional cleaning / chef services / chauffeur and will be charged at an hourly cost of 20 Euro.

The local hairdresser may be scheduled for home visits and a massage therapist can be arranged to carry out treatments on the massage bed on the west terrace. These services are upon request and at an additional fee.

Villa Le Roc is located in the exclusive Mont d'Azur residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Valbonne - one of the prettiest and liveliest villages of the Cote d'Azur. There are facilities on the doorstep including a boulangerie and large supermarket and it's just a 3-minute drive into Valbonne. A very picturesque medieval town with narrow streets and traditional stone and painted houses, Valbonne is surrounded by National Park. There is a good ion of local shops as well as galleries and artisanal workshops and about 15 restaurants and numerous cafes and bars. Friday is market day when the village comes alive with hundreds and small stalls selling artefacts, clothes, jewellery and wines and cheeses of the region. Once a month the village hosts the region’s brocante bringing together local antique and bric-a-brac dealers from around the region. Ideally situated between the Alps and the Mediterranean, Valbonne benefits from easy access to the mountain villages of the interior and is only 15 minutes from Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast and half an hour from Nice airport. Activities include golf (9 courses within 15 minutes), tennis (3 local clubs as well as municipal courts), riding, cycling and fabulous walks along the River Brague and in the "Parc National de Valmasque".
