From the living room, French windows open onto a large terrace with coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. The terrace overlooks the garden and heated swimming pool (10mx5m) surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols.  In the distance is the forested national park with the hills of the Cote d'Azur rising in the background.  There is also a ping pong table.  At the bottom of the garden is a gate which, after a 5 minute walk, leads you to a supermarket and boulangerie.  It also opens onto the national park, great for jogging and long walks.  It is a 10 minute drive into the village of Valbonne.
