The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area for four guests, complemented by a welcoming breakfast bar area with seating for an additional four. The living room offers two lounge areas: one centred around the TV and another overlooking the garden and pool, perfect for relaxing with family and friends.

The main floor also offers is a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and comfort. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning.

The upper floor also features a playful and secure netted lounging area, offering children a unique space to relax, much like an indoor mini-hammock.

Outside, guests can enjoy a generous terrace with a covered al fresco dining area seating up to 10 guests, alongside a charcoal barbecue for summer meals. The garden features several cosy seating areas, a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a pétanque court, and flat lawn areas where children can play safely.
