Villa Garancia is a beautiful family home, within walking distance to the centre of Lorgues, a charming typical Provencal town, with good shopping, restaurants, tennis club and a renowned weekly market.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms arranged over two floors.

There is a spacious high-beamed living room with an open fireplace, a dining room that seats 8 guests, a study, laundry room with two washing machines and a well-equipped spacious kitchen.The kitchen has a breakfast table for 6 guests. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen open onto the outdoor covered dining area, and then onto the terrace, garden and pool.

Three double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with ensuite bathrooms. The staircase leads to two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet also on this floor. The two bedrooms share the first floor balcony which has panoramic views. The 6th bedroom and shower room has its own access from the car port to the 1st floor level and its own private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.

All bedrooms and the kitchen and study have individual air-conditioning.

The lavish landscaped garden is terraced, housing a large free form heated pool, gazebo with a daybed to relax away from the heat. On the upper level, there is a large terrace, with mulberry trees, lounge area with a summer kitchen and a water feature filled with waterlilies and fish. A stone archway leads through to the much-used petanque court.

The house has satellite TV with UK channels, Wifi, DVD, stereo/CD player, bathrobes in each bathroom, books, games, boules, and table tennis.
