Finished to an exceptional standard, the property features air-conditioning throughout all the bedrooms. The large, heated pool comes with an electronic hard cover for added safety and adjacent to the pool is a spacious covered living area complete with a bar, BBQ and outdoor kitchen-perfect for embracing the quintessential South of France lifestyle. Outdoor dining accommodates up to 10 guests, while the elegant indoor dining room can host larger parties of up to 16.

The villa offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with generous double or twin beds and en-suite bathrooms, which includes a studio on the lower ground floor, which can be accessed  from the house, and also directly through either a door into the games room, or through the double french doors from a patio leading directly into the studio apartment.   This comprises a Kingsize bed, ensuite and smaller bedroom with an adaptable bed for single or double occupancy (upon request).  Allowing up to 12 guests. 

The villa also features an outdoor petanque area, a large screen cinema room with IPTV (internet television), gym equipment including running machine, TRX, weights, and exercise mats, games room with pool table,  free fibre‑optic Wi‑Fi, as well as a Smart Apple TV with Sky channels.
