Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical laundry room and wine cooler for added convenience.

The first floor hosts a comfortable double bedroom with a TV, ceiling fan, and adjoining bathroom. A few steps up is the master bedroom with its own ensuite facilities, creating a private and tranquil retreat. At garden level, accessed from the main villa, a charming apartment features a double bedroom with bathroom, TV, and the added benefit of a private living room, kitchenette, and breakfast table.
