Nestled in the peaceful hilltop village of Spéracèdes, just west of Grasse, this elegant retreat offers a perfect balance of historic charm, modern comfort and Riviera sophistication.

Originally built in 1697, this classic Provençal mas has been thoughtfully renovated with great taste and care. Bathed in natural light and oriented to the south, it enjoys breathtaking panoramic views stretching from Cannes and Antibes to the azur waters of the Mediterranean.

Inside, the interiors combine old-world character with contemporary living. Exposed beams, thick stone walls and gentle tones create an atmosphere of calm luxury.

Set over two floors and offering 160 m² of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

• The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all essentials for relaxed dining at home.
• There are four spacious en-suite bedrooms, including one accessed independently through the garden and three further bedrooms in the villa, with one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. 
• NOTE: There is  steep staircase to the first floor which has a low ceiling hallway, as seen in the photos, connecting the bedrooms.
• One bedroom has a double bed with single bunk option, perfect for families and allows up to 9 guests to stay at the mas.
• The property is fully air-conditioned and includes a laundry/utility room and guest washroom for added convenience.

Life at Mas Saint Michel flows effortlessly between indoors and outdoors. The sunny terrace beside the kitchen invites you to linger over long lunches or evening barbecues under the stars, with seating for up to eight guests.

The private swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, offers a tranquil haven to unwind with loungers and parasols-perfect for soaking in the sun and the sweeping views below.

This eco-friendly home is equipped with a modern heat pump and runs entirely on electricity-no oil or gas-ensuring both comfort and environmental consciousness. The traditional thick stone walls keep the interiors pleasantly cool even in summer.

Within a five-minute walk, you'll find the charming village of Spéracèdes, home to the much-loved Café Union, where you can enjoy fine local cuisine while admiring the spectacular views over the countryside down to the coast.

The glamour of the Côte d'Azur is never far away-Nice Airport is just 45 minutes' drive, with the beaches, markets and cultural life of Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Saint-Tropez all within easy reach.
