Property Manager 

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team of Real Estate Professionals. You will be responsible for managing our portfolio of luxury villas throughout the Cote d'Azur. Duties will include regular inspections, liaison with contractors and utility companies to overseeing small maintenance and renovation projects. You will also be responsible to grow the portfolio and the revenue generated by this area of the business. This is your chance to grow with an innovative and dynamic company, to develop and implement ideas and to be part of a fun and motivated team. The position is full time and available from June.

Location: Sophia Antipolis

Contract: CDD renewable to CDI

Salary: According to experience  

Starting date: begining of June

 

Essential Skills:

-  Fluent in French and English

-  Experience: Previous experience in Property or Yachting Management would be a plus.
