Holiday Rentals - Operations Assistant - Saint-Tropez area     

 

We are looking for an eager assistant to work with our operations team in our office in Saint-Tropez / La Croix-Valmer during Summer 2025. 

Your primary goals will be assisting in housekeeping organisation and extra services. The work will involve all aspects of the department. The position is a full-time CDD, available from June till mid September. 

Location: La Croix-Valmer

Contract:  CDD (3 to 4 months), full time (Saturday working with a day off in the week) 

Starting date: begining of June

 

Essential Missions: 

- Assist with the operations and organization of villa rentals

- Answer to the extra services' requests from incoming tenants

- Prepare the clients' arrival (prepare documents, keys, equipment…)

- Meeting and Greeting the tenants at the villas

And many other exciting tasks to ensure a smooth season!

 

You are:

- Able to show own initiative and flexible

- Reliable and serious

- Able to work in team but also be autonomous on your tasks, be communicative

- Have a driving license and a car

- Speak both English & French

- Autonomous with the IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet…)
