We are looking for 2 motivated Seasonal Operations Assistant to join our operations team for the summer season of 2026 at our offices located in Sophia Antipolis - Valbonne and Saint Tropez - La Croix Valmer.

Your primary goals will be assisting in the organisation of rentals and extra services. The tasks will involve all aspects of the department. The position is full-time, available from May to mid September.

 

Location: Sophia Antipolis - Valbonne / Saint Tropez - La Croix Valmer

Contract: CDD, full time (Saturday working with a day off in the week) from May to September

*Accommodation not provided

 

Essential Misions:

-        Assist the Operations Manager with the organisation of villa rentals

-        Answer and organise the extra services' Conciergerie requests from incoming tenants

-        Prepare the clients' arrival

-        Meeting and greeting of the tenants at the villas

And many other exciting tasks to ensure a smooth season!

 

You are :

-        Able to show own initiative and flexible

-        Reliable and serious

-        Able to work in team but also be autonomous on your tasks, be communicative

-        Have a driving license and a car

-        Speak both English & French

-        Autonomous with the IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet…)
